What to write to us about

• A report that got something wrong. Say which address and which check. The report is an automated reading and a check can be fooled; a concrete example is how it gets fixed.
• A payment or refund. Include the invoice number from your billing page.
• Deleting your account, or asking what we hold about you. Write from the email address on the account, so we know it is you.
• A security problem. If you have found a way to reach data that is not yours, please tell us before telling anyone else, and we will fix it first and thank you second.

There is no telephone number and no postal address. This is a small service run by a small number of people, and email is the one channel that is always read.
